Ans: After successfully placing your order on our website, you need to share your photos, text, and other customization details directly on our official WhatsApp number (+91 7768970872). Please remember to mention your Order ID in the message so we can track it. We accept all media and customization requirements exclusively via WhatsApp.
Q2. Will I get a design preview (mockup) before my gift is printed or engraved?
Ans: Yes, absolutely! Once you share your photos on WhatsApp, our design team will create a digital preview (mockup) of your product. This preview will be sent to you on WhatsApp for approval. We only proceed with the final production after you give us the "OK" or approval.
Q3. How long will it take to customize and deliver my gift?

Customization Time: It takes exactly 2 working days to design, customize, and complete the quality check for your product (processing starts after you approve the design layout on WhatsApp).

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, it takes 2-3 days for Metro Cities and 3-5 days for the Rest of India to deliver.
Q4. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Ans: Since these are custom-made personal gifts, they cannot be canceled once production begins. However, you can modify or cancel your order within a short window of 2 to 4 hours after placing it by reaching out to us immediately on WhatsApp. Once you approve the mockup on WhatsApp, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
Q5. In what format should I send my photos on WhatsApp?
Ans: To ensure sharp, vibrant, and high-quality printing/engraving, please share high-resolution and bright images. We highly recommend sending your photos as a 'Document' on WhatsApp. This prevents image compression and maintains the original clarity for the best output on your gift.
Q6. Are my shared photos and personal details safe with you?
Ans: Your privacy is our highest priority. Your photos are strictly used for manufacturing your ordered gift. Once your order is successfully delivered, all your photos, designs, and media are permanently deleted from our active systems and WhatsApp records after 7 days. We never showcase your personal gifts on social media without your explicit permission.
Q7. What are the shipping charges?
Ans: We offer FREE SHIPPING across India on all orders valued above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal flat shipping fee will be calculated and added automatically at the checkout page.
Q8. What happens if my gift arrives broken or damaged during transit?
Ans: You don't have to worry at all! If any item gets damaged during transit, we will provide a free replacement. You just need to share a short unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged package with us on our WhatsApp (+91 7768970872) within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Q9. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available, or do you offer partial payment options?
Ans: We do not offer standard Cash on Delivery (COD) since personalized gifts are custom-made and cannot be reused for anyone else. However, to build 100% trust and make your shopping experience stress-free, we offer a convenient Partial Payment option. You can choose to pay a small booking advance at checkout to initiate your custom design layout. Once we share the design preview with you on WhatsApp and you fully approve it, you can clear the remaining balance before we dispatch your gift.
