Criva India Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Criva India! We take pride in creating and delivering beautiful customized and personalized gifts to help you celebrate special moments. Because our products are specially curated, custom-made, and often include personalized items, we maintain a strict No Standard Returns/Exchanges policy.
However, we are fully committed to ensuring your gift arrives in perfect condition. If something goes wrong during transit, we are here to make it right.
1. Damaged or Defective Items (Transit Protection)
If a product or a gift hamper arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will gladly arrange a replacement or a refund.

Reporting Window: You must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Proof Requirement: To help us process your request quickly, please share clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the damaged packaging and product.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Unless they arrive damaged or we sent the incorrect item, the following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Customized/Personalized Items: Custom-printed items, engraved gifts, photos-based products, or gifts built with specific personal customizations.

Perishable Goods: Chocolates, sweets, snacks, or food items included in gift packages.

Personal Care Goods: Opened beauty, skincare, or grooming products.

Sale/Promotional Items: Any products or hampers purchased during a clearance or flash sale.
3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Before Production/Dispatch: Since these are personalized gifts, you can cancel or modify your order within 2 to 4 hours of placing it (before we begin customization). Please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or email.

After Dispatch: Once an order is customized, handed over to our courier partner, and is in transit, it cannot be canceled or modified.
4. Unsuccessful Deliveries
We want your gifts to reach their destination safely! Please note that Criva India cannot offer refunds or free replacements if:

The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

The courier makes multiple delivery attempts, but the recipient is unavailable, or the delivery is refused at the doorstep.
5. Refunds Processing
Once your damage/defect claim is reviewed and approved by our team:

If a replacement isn't possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Online refunds typically take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
