Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Because our products are crafted, engraved, or printed specially for you, they require time for perfect customization.

  • Production/Customization Time: All orders take exactly 2 working days for designing, customization, and quality checks before they are dispatched.

  • Processing Days: Production and dispatch operate from Monday to Saturday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer attractive shipping options based on your order value:

  • Orders above ₹999: FREE SHIPPING all over India.

  • Orders below ₹999: A nominal flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page.

3. Delivery Estimates (After Dispatch)

Once your customized gift is ready and handed over to our trusted courier partners, the estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 3 working days.

  • Rest of India: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Please note: These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may occasionally vary due to extreme weather or regional logistics delays.

4. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and WhatsApp/SMS notification containing your tracking link and number. You can track your gift's journey in real-time within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

To ensure your gifts reach their destination safely and on time:

  • Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address (including House Number, Landmark, and correct Pincode) along with a valid mobile number.

  • Criva India will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damages During Transit

We use heavy-duty bubble wraps and sturdy boxes to protect your custom gifts. However, if your item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photos via WhatsApp or Email, as mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
